Privacy policy

Groce Electric Inc. operates groceelectric.com. We are a family owned electrical contractor in Lebanon, Tennessee. We keep this simple, because our approach to your information is simple. We collect what we need to do the work, and we do not sell it.

You only share information with us when you choose to. That happens when you fill out a form, call the office, or send an email. Depending on what you send, that can include:

• Your name
• Your phone number and email address
• The address or location of the job
• Details about the work you need done, including photos you send us

We use this to answer your question, put together an estimate, schedule work, and follow up. Nothing more.

Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit. That can include your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, how long you stay, and the site or search that sent you here.

This is standard traffic data. We use it to see which pages are useful, find broken pages, and keep the site secure. We do not use it to identify you personally.

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This site uses them for basic functions and for traffic measurement.

Our website runs on WordPress and is hosted by WordPress.com, which records visitor statistics. We may also use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site. These services set their own cookies and follow their own privacy policies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Parts of the site may not work the same way if you do.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We share it only when there is a reason tied to your job or to the law:

• Service providers. Companies that help us run the business, such as our website host, email provider, and accounting software. They only get what they need to do their job.
• Suppliers and subcontractors. When a job requires it, we share the details needed to complete the work.
• Government agencies. Permit and inspection offices, when the work requires a permit.
• Legal requirements. If we are required by law, a court order, or a valid legal process.

We keep job records, invoices, and related communication as long as we need them for business, tax, insurance, and legal reasons. Website traffic data is kept according to the settings of the analytics services we use.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. Our website uses an encrypted connection, and we limit access to job and customer records to the people who need it. No method of storing or sending information over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We may need to keep some records for tax, insurance, or legal reasons even after a request. Call (615) 812-7334 or email groceelectric@yahoo.com and we will help.
